Pay 2016 Update

Dear colleague,

Following the email last week, we wanted to provide a further update following this morning’s meeting between the CEO and Prospect and PCS National Officers.

No further progress has been made towards reaching a successful conclusion to the Pay 2016 negotiations and therefore NTUS and management have agreed that it would benefit the negotiations if the involvement of the Advisory, Conciliation & Arbitration Service (Acas) was sought to assist in exploring further opportunities for settlement. This is the last stage under the NATS Central Dispute Procedure and we will update you once we have finalised arrangements with Acas.

Kind regards,

Richard and Richard

Pay 2016 Update

Dear colleague,

Following the email last week, we wanted to provide a further update on the Pay 2016 negotiations.

You will all be aware that the NTUS Pay Team and Management met today in order to attempt to resolve the dispute over Pay ’16. This meeting ended in an impasse. The next stage of the dispute process is for the CEO to meet with the National Officers, it is hoped this will happen next week.

Should this prove unsuccessful all internal avenues will have been exhausted and the next stage is to take this to the Advisory, Conciliation & Arbitration Service (ACAS). We appreciate that this creates further frustration for employees but this is the only option that remains under the NATS Central Dispute Procedure.

Kind regards,

Richard and Richard
