Registration Criteria

User details (Membership Number, Surname, Postcode) are validated against the latest snapshot of Air Traffic Systems Specialists (ATSS) Branch membership data imported from the Prospect membership system. If registration is unsuccessful, it may be that the postcode you have entered does not match that held on the membership system.

If your registration fails and you have changed address, try registering with your previous postcode.

The postcode may be entered in upper or lower case and with or without spaces.

The e-mail address used for user registration is not compared against the membership data but must be unique to enable logon by e-mail address. The e-mail address is used to send a new password if the user forgets the password chosen at the time of registration.

The e-mail address submitted during user registration is also used should important updates be advised to registered users by e-mail. This will only be sent if the "Allow E-mail updates" box is checked.

The e-mail address and "allow e-mail" setting can be changed at any time by a logged-in user from the "My Details" page.
